Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original JOSEF SEIBEL box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
